My parents aren't supporting my college decisions?

It might cause some initial tension with your parents that you don't want to go to the college they want you to go to but don't let them decide what you do with the rest of your life. Choosing the right college for you is the first step to the rest of your life. If you want to go to a school with a few students because that's what you're more comfortable with, then do it. If you decide you want to experience more of what the real world will be like and take that step out of your comfort zone to attend UCB or UCLA, then do that instead. It's your life. Make the decision that YOU want to make.
