What does constituent parts mean ?
I have been asked to describe about how the constituent parts of the propeller IC are linked. I am not able to understand what does constituent parts means in this context. Does it refer the whole Circuit board or just the constituent parts of the propeller IC alone ? and what does constituent parts mean ?
