Does the international space station uses jet propeller?

There is no such thing as a "jet propeller." Normal jet engines contain turbines internally, but do not have external propellers. Jet engines require oxygen, and so do not operate in the vacuum of space. The ISS has no means of propulsion: it is moved by attaching a rocket to it.
