Boat propellers force question?

Just off the top of my head, even for a simple physics problem, I would guess that that information would have to be provided in the problem. There is a way I'm sure to calculate how much water is displaced per revolution, but that is probably some very advanced physics / engineering, like university-level fluid dynamics or something like that.
