Need a Pokemon question answered, please!?

I'm trying to remember the name of this specific Pokemon movie, I remember watching it a LONG time ago, and i'm having trouble remembering the name, please, help a guy out with the name! All I really remember is that their in that giant blimp/airship thing, I don't even remember that much, I just thought it was a great movie, and I remember them flying around in it, and their were propellers all over it. I don't even remember the plot or anything, that's just the one detail i remember, But I also remember he was a bad guy. And If it's any consolation, I thing he was a Pokemon hunter, and he shot out purple nets or something, But that's about it. Trying to bring back a little nostalgia, thanks. -Alex.
