How can i make a rubber band car using household items?

I need help making a rubber band car for a school project that has to be able to move at least 20 ft. I can only use household items and two #33 rubber bands, but i can't use mousetraps, propellers, sails, balloons, dvds, Lego's (or anything similar), cans (or anything similar), or wood/cardboard pieces. I also can't move the car in a slingshot way, and it has to have at least 3 wheels. This counts for a big part of my grade, but I don't really know a lot about making cars. Does anyone have any idea that can help me? Or any items that might work as wheels but aren't "actual" wheels? Thank you!
