How to find the RPM required to achieve a given velocity?

So i know the watercraft needs to achieve a velocity of 0.2m/s. The diameter of the propeller used is 40mm. How do i find the RPM required to achieve this velocity given only this infromation? Any ideas or useful equations would be of great help.
