Wind turbine blades as airplane propeller?

I know you can flip and airplane propeller backwards and use it as a wind turbine blade but I was wondering if you could flip a turbine blade and use it as a propeller. I'm sure you can but would it work well? I know turbine blades are a lot larger and are meant to operate at high rpms but if you did it right would they make good propellers? They produce a lot of lift for little drag so it seems to me it would be worth considering
