What show was i watching?

i know that the show revolves around 2 brothers that live together.one of them,lives in his own house,with his wife(claudia),and his 2 sons.the other one lives with them named eddie.they both live with their dad in 1 house.the episode i was watching,was when eddie said that he died by being sucked in from propellers.and eddies brother and claudia was being told by everybody that theyre sorry about eddies loss.they kept on telling the ppl that hes not dead,but they aint belive them.i saw it on abc family in the morning,and it was a comedy.
