Someone please oh please respond =/ How can I lose 10-20 pounds in one month?

Take calories into consideration while dieting and exercing !! atleast you need to lose 500 calories per day to achieve your goal !! so exercise a lot and eat only protein diet and drink water to keep yourself full when you are hungry !! it is not impossible , but take care !! all da best !!
