Can you predict the thrust produced by a propeller?

lets say i hooked up a propeller on a pizza delivery motorcycle's engine and then put it on the back of a trike or go kart will the thrust created by the propeller be able to make the trike or go kart accelerate to about 60/70 miles an hour ?
