Are there any safe, reliable jewellery buyers in Toronto?

I don't mean the tv commercial ones like Oliver jewellery or Harold the jewellery buyer, because I've read alot of bad stuff about them. I'm talking about any stores with actual good reputations. Only answer if you know please.
